Independence
This directory accepts no payment for listing, ranking, or featuring organisations. Field notes written by listed organisations are published as submitted, with light editing for length and clarity, and are always attributed.
Corrections
We correct factual errors as soon as they are pointed out and note the correction at the foot of the affected page. Disputes about the substance of a listing are referred back to the public record.
What we won’t publish
Fundraising appeals, political endorsements, and unverifiable claims about impact. Field notes should describe work actually done, including what it cost and what didn’t work.
